At Kingdom Fitted, every piece is made on demand with excellence and care. Because each item is specially created just for you, all sales are final. We want you to love what you wear, and we stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

When We’ll Exchange or Replace

We will gladly send you a replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong product (something you didn’t order)

In these cases, your order qualifies for a free replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in rare, extreme cases—such as a defective product that cannot be replaced. Please note: refunds are always at the discretion of Kingdom Fitted.

⚠️ Important: You must first submit a request before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may void your claim.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Visit the refund request page.

  2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.

  3. We’ll review your claim and let you know the next steps.

What’s Not Eligible

  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after purchase)

  • Unauthorized returns or sale items
